Question 1 Why nothing happens when I insert my CD in the CD-drive?
There is no autorun file on the CD. After inserting the CD in the drive, use Windows Explorer to access the desired file.
Question 2 I installed BK6 selecting French (Québec) as instructed, but I would prefer working in English. Is it possible? In the BK6 Home page, upper right corner, click on "Help" then on "Language" and select "English". Of course, the Bank's data will not be translated, but the program's instructions will.
Question 3 Is it possible to consult the 100 000 names of the BLH Database without the help of a Genealogical Program because I fear that my hard disk has not enough space. Genealogy software (BK6 or other) is required to have access to the BLH data. BLH requires 27 MBs and the DLHMB file requires 100 KBs of hard disk space. If your PC is less than 10 years old, it is quite likely that your hard disk is capable of handling the BLH file included on the CD. If you really are short of space, read with BK6 the information from the CD indicating the appropriate path.
Question 4 I do no find my rebate code on my CD 2002.
It is under the back cover. To find it, you must remove the CD from the box and pull (with your nails) the black part on the left. The code is sticked on the back of the paper cover.
